Chris Chen is the founder and design director of MADE WITH CARE DESIGN STUDIO. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with major in architecture and urban planning.
He later earned a Master Architecture from Columbia University, and obtained a New York State Architect license. He has served as President of UC Berkeley Alumni Club of Guangzhou since 2014 and he also serves as a Senior Advisor to Columbia University Alumni Association of Guangzhou. Chris has worked in many international design companies in the United States. Chris was appointed by YabuPushelberg as the only project manager in Asia. During this period, he was responsible for Guangzhou W Hotel, Guangzhou Rosewood Hotel, Beijing Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and One Shenzhen Bay (residential), Guangzhou Kingold Bayview (residential), Guangzhou Favorview Heywood Hills (Residential) and many other large-scale construction and hotel projects.
